			<description>The greatest barrier to the elimination of leprosy is the stigma which still surrounds those who suffer from the disease. Familie are fractured, sufferers not alowed to work or live in their village and their children often excluded from school. Society refuses to believe that leproy is a totally cureable disease.</description>
